    Human connection is an essential part of the human condition. Whether you’re fresh out of a break up, struggling to thrive in a current relationship, or having trouble breaking out of old patterns, you want a supportive space to sort things out. You want concrete skills to express your needs, set boundaries, stop people-pleasing, and deepen your connection with your loved ones.

  • Stress & Burn out

    Over-achievers and perfectionists naturally run the risk of burn out. You may be highly competent and able to execute well, but feelings of overwhelm continue to grow. Taking care of yourself feels like lowest priority. You’re looking to sort out your emotions while learning potent mindfulness and stress-reduction techniques to manage life and finally thrive.

  • SELF-WORTH

    You may people-please, self-judge, ignore your own needs, or feel uncomfortable in your own body. You may have had a childhood saturated with criticism, neglect, lack of emotional attunement, or trauma. These experiences communicate to us that we are not worthy of love and acceptance, and make it difficult to prioritize ourselves later in life. You want to learn true self-acceptance and finally feel at peace with yourself.

  • Anxiety

    You constantly feel on edge, worried about the future, and can’t seem to get out of your head and into the present moment. Your body is tense, your mind returns to the same anxious thought loops, or you might avoid people or situations that bring on anxiety. You want to learn concrete coping skills to manage stress, ground your body, and calm your mind.

  • DBT Grads

    You’ve completed a DBT program and have a general understanding of the skills, and you’re wanting to keep applying your skills to new challenges in life as they arise.

    I also offer 1:1 DBT Skills Sessions for those who are new to DBT but don’t need a comprehensive DBT program. DBT skills help regulate emotions, increase mindfulness, tolerate distress, and improve relationships.
